1.1. Cancellations Made 45 Days in Advance
If a written cancellation request is submitted at least 45 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total trip fee will be refunded.
1.2. Cancellations Within 45 Days
No refund will be made for cancellations submitted less than 45 days before the start of the trip.
1.3. Non-Participation
If the participant fails to attend the event for any reason, no refund will be issued due to pre-incurred expenses.
1.4. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of unforeseen circumstances preventing participation, the cancellation request must be submitted in writing to [email protected] as soon as possible.
2.1. Issues related to flight tickets, visa processes, or passport problems.
2.2. Cancellation of the trip due to natural disasters, pandemics, states of emergency, strikes, or terrorism beyond our control.
2.3. Delays in transportation, weather conditions, or sudden decisions by local authorities. 2.4. Removal from the tour due to non-compliance with the specified rules during the trip.
3.1. Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel the trip due to insufficient participation, security threats, or other compelling reasons. In such cases, all payments will be refunded in full.
3.2. Changes in the Itinerary
The trip itinerary may be modified due to safety, weather conditions, or organizational reasons. Any changes will be communicated promptly, but no refunds will be issued.
Participants are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before the trip. This insurance provides coverage for health issues, lost baggage, natural disasters, or flight cancellations. Our company cannot be held liable for individual losses.
Approved refund requests will be processed within 30 business days from the request date and transferred to the participant’s designated bank account. Any transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
